Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Body Good Studio, LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit joinbodygood.com and related sites and use our Services. It applies to information we handle as the operator of the website and platform.
Relationship to HIPAA
Health information that the Provider (Body Good, LLC) creates or maintains as part of your clinical care is protected health information governed by the separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this Privacy Policy. Where the two overlap, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls for protected health information.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
Name, contact details, account credentials, date of birth, shipping and billing information, health and intake information you submit, communications with us, and survey or quiz responses. Payment card data is collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe, not by us.
Information collected automatically
Device and browser information, IP address, general location inferred from IP, pages viewed, referring pages, and usage activity, collected through cookies and similar technologies for security, analytics, and advertising measurement.
2. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools provided by third parties, to operate the site, measure performance, and understand the effectiveness of our marketing. These tools may set their own identifiers.
We take steps to keep advertising and analytics trackers off pages and events that involve protected health information, consistent with our HIPAA obligations. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through our cookie banner. Because there is no common standard, our sites do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals; we treat recognized opt-out preference signals as described in the state-rights section.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the Services; create and manage accounts; process orders, subscriptions, and payments; arrange clinical care with the Provider; communicate with you about your account, orders, and care; provide customer support; conduct analytics; market our Services where permitted; maintain security and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
- With the Provider and pharmacies to arrange and deliver your care and medication.
- With service providers that perform functions on our behalf (hosting, payments, communications, analytics, advertising measurement, and customer support), under contracts that limit their use of the information.
- For legal and safety reasons, to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, financing, or acquisition.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Certain advertising-related sharing through cookies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising under some state laws; you can opt out as described below.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing, and certain profiling; and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others) have these or similar rights. California residents also have rights under the CCPA as amended, including the “Shine the Light” right regarding disclosures for direct marketing.
To exercise your rights, contact us using the details below. You may use an authorized agent where permitted, with proof of authorization. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. If we deny a request, you may appeal where applicable.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described here and as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use organizational, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
8. Other
We are based in the United States and process information here. Our sites may link to third-party sites we do not control. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post the revised version with a new effective date; material changes will be communicated where required.
