Shipping Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains how prescription and related products purchased through Body Good are processed and delivered.
1. Prescription Required; Where We Ship
Prescription products ship only after a licensed clinician has issued a valid prescription and a licensed pharmacy has filled it. We ship prescription products only to addresses in US states where the Provider and the dispensing pharmacy are authorized to deliver care and medication. We do not ship prescription products to states where the Services are unavailable, and we do not ship prescription products internationally.
2. Processing Time
Processing time varies by product type:
- Prescription GLP-1 medications: Clinician review and order placement typically occur within 24–48 hours of intake completion. Once approved, pharmacy fulfillment and any required insurance or prior-authorization steps may add additional time.
- Compounded medications and wellness injections: Once your prescription is sent to our partner pharmacy, processing typically takes 3–5 business days before shipment.
Orders are not shipped until all required clinical and pharmacy steps are complete.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery
Compounded medications & wellness injections
| Shipping method | Estimated delivery | Carrier |
|---|---|---|
| 2-Day | 2 business days | USPS |
| Overnight | 1 business day | FedEx |
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin after processing is complete. Standard US domestic shipping is provided at no additional charge; expedited options may be available at checkout.
4. Self-Pay Branded & Insurance Program — Pharmacy Coordination
For self-pay branded medications and insurance-based prescription programs, you are responsible for coordinating with your pharmacy regarding turnaround time (TAT). Once your prescription has been sent, the pharmacy will typically reach out to confirm your information and billing details.
5. Temperature-Sensitive Medications
GLP-1 and certain other medications are temperature-sensitive. Pharmacies package these products with appropriate cold-chain materials for transit. When your medication arrives, follow the storage instructions provided with it promptly. If a package appears compromised or the medication may have been exposed to improper temperatures, do not use it and contact us right away.
6. Signature, Delivery, and Address Accuracy
Some shipments may require an adult signature on delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address and for ensuring someone can receive the package. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address or a missed delivery. Carrier delays are outside our control.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order and tracking numbers so we can investigate with the pharmacy and carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
