Terms of Service
Last updated: June 26, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile experiences, and services offered under the Body Good brand at joinbodygood.com and related domains (the “Services”). Please read them carefully. By creating an account, completing an intake, purchasing, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who Provides the Services
The Body Good experience is delivered by two related organizations:
Body Good Studio, LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “Our”) operates the website and platform and provides technology, billing, scheduling, customer support, and administrative services. The Company does not practice medicine.
Body Good, LLC and its affiliated licensed clinicians (the “Provider”) provide all clinical and medical services, including evaluations, prescribing decisions, and follow-up care. The Provider is solely responsible for clinical care and the practice of medicine.
Prescriptions are filled and shipped by independent, licensed pharmacies. Laboratory services, where used, are provided by independent laboratories. These independent third parties are responsible for their own services.
2. Not for Emergencies
The Services are not for medical emergencies. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not rely on the Services for urgent or emergency care.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during intake and keep it up to date. Treatment is available only to patients physically located in a state or territory where the Provider and the dispensing pharmacy are authorized to deliver care and ship medication at the time of the visit.
4. Availability of Services and 50-State Licensing
Body Good intends to make the Services available across the United States. However, the practice of medicine, pharmacy dispensing, and telehealth are regulated state by state. As a result:
Clinical services are provided only by clinicians licensed in the state where you are located at the time of your visit.
Medications are dispensed and shipped only by pharmacies licensed or permitted to dispense into your state.
The Services, specific products, and programs (including any insurance or Medicare program) may not be available in every state, and availability may change.
A current list of the states where the Services are available is provided on our website and during account creation; we may add or remove states, and availability may change.
5. The Telehealth Relationship
Using the Services does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship. A relationship is formed only if and when a licensed clinician reviews your information and accepts you for care. The clinician may determine that the Services are not appropriate for you, may decline to prescribe, or may recommend in-person care. Clinical decisions, including whether to prescribe and what to prescribe, rest solely with the treating clinician based on their professional judgment.
Telehealth informed consent
By using the Services you acknowledge that care is delivered remotely using secure messaging, questionnaires, and audio or video communication; that telehealth has potential benefits (convenience and access) and limitations (the clinician cannot physically examine you and relies on the information you provide); that the information you provide must be accurate and complete; that you may be required to obtain laboratory tests or other diagnostics; and that you may withdraw from telehealth at any time and seek in-person care.
6. Prescription Products and Medical Disclaimer
Some products available through the Services are prescription medications, including GLP-1 medications, that require evaluation and a prescription from a licensed clinician. Prescription products are dispensed only when clinically appropriate and are subject to the clinician’s judgment and applicable law. Where clinically appropriate and permitted by law, a prescribed medication may be a compounded formulation prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy.
Content provided through the Services is for general educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual results vary. Statements about medications and outcomes are general and do not guarantee any particular result for you.
7. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for inaccurate information or violation of these Terms.
8. Subscriptions, Automatic Renewal, and Billing
Many Body Good programs are offered as recurring subscriptions billed through our payment processor, Stripe. By starting a subscription, you authorize us (or the Provider, as applicable) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) until you cancel, plus applicable taxes and fees.
Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price for successive periods unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewals.
Where required by law, we will provide renewal or pricing reminders and an online cancellation method.
Prices, fees, and program features may change on a going-forward basis with notice as required by law.
Service, membership, and consultation fees are charged by the Company for administrative and platform services and are separate from the cost of any medication. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy and the Insurance and Payment section below.
9. Insurance and Payment
Body Good operates primarily on a cash-pay basis for its service and membership fees. Depending on the program and your location, the cost of medication may be paid out of pocket or processed through insurance as described below. Coverage is determined by your plan and applicable government programs, not by Body Good, and is never guaranteed. You are responsible for amounts your plan or a government program does not cover.
Commercial insurance
Where a program supports commercial insurance, the Company or its partners may, at your request, verify your benefits and assist with prior authorization by submitting clinical documentation supplied by the Provider. Many commercial plans limit or exclude coverage of GLP-1 medications prescribed for weight management, and most require prior authorization. Approval, timing, copay, and coverage are set by your plan. If coverage is denied, you may appeal or choose an available cash-pay option.
Medicare
Standard Medicare Part D plans do not cover GLP-1 medications prescribed solely for weight loss. Part D may cover a GLP-1 when it is prescribed for a separate covered indication (for example, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular risk reduction, or another covered use), subject to your plan’s rules.
Separately, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has established a time-limited demonstration called the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge, scheduled to operate from July 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027, that provides eligible Medicare Part D beneficiaries access to certain GLP-1 medications approved for weight management. If you participate in a Body Good program that supports the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge, you acknowledge that:
- Eligibility, covered medications, and clinical criteria are set by CMS, and participation requires a prior authorization submitted to the CMS central processor; approval is determined by CMS, not by Body Good.
- The Bridge operates outside the standard Part D benefit. The fixed monthly copayment set by CMS does not count toward your Part D deductible or out-of-pocket maximum, low-income subsidies do not apply, and manufacturer coupons or discount programs cannot be applied to Bridge claims.
- The Bridge is the primary payer for the medication it furnishes and does not coordinate benefits with other coverage; the medication is furnished through the program rather than sold to you by Body Good.
- If you already receive a GLP-1 covered by your Part D plan for a covered indication, you obtain that medication through your Part D plan rather than the Bridge.
- Body Good’s service and membership fees for clinical evaluation, care coordination, and platform access are charged separately by the Company and are not billed to Medicare or paid by the Bridge.
Medicaid
Medicaid coverage of GLP-1 medications for weight management varies significantly by state, and many state Medicaid programs do not cover them. Availability of any Medicaid-related option through Body Good depends on your state’s program and applicable rules.
HSA/FSA
Prescription medications and certain services may be eligible for payment or reimbursement using a health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA), depending on your plan. You are responsible for confirming eligibility with your benefits administrator.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services to violate any law; to provide false information or impersonate another person; to obtain medication for anyone other than yourself or through misrepresentation; to resell or divert medication; to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; to upload malicious code; to scrape or harvest data; or to interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
11. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. Our names, logos, and trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
12. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and all products and services provided through them are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. This section does not limit the professional responsibility of the Provider for the clinical services it delivers.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Company for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to the Company in the twelve months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, the Provider, and their affiliates and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your state of residence applies and may not be waived. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be subject to the dispute-resolution process described in the full Terms.
16. Changes; Termination; Miscellaneous
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, communicated to you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate the Services or your access at any time as permitted by law. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the policies referenced here, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
