Clinician-directed, patient-specific care
A treatment plan built around your medical needs.
When a licensed clinician determines that an FDA-approved medication cannot meet your individual medical needs, a patient-specific compounded GLP-1 may be considered.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. 503A pharmacies are primarily overseen day to day by state boards of pharmacy, while applicable federal requirements still apply. FDA advises that compounded GLP-1 drugs should be used only when a patient’s medical needs cannot be met by an FDA-approved drug.

What’s different
Your program price covers clinical review, the prescribed compounded medication, pharmacy navigation, unlimited support, free shipping, and injection supplies.
Prescription only. Your clinician determines the medicine and the dose after reviewing your health history — you state a preference, and the clinician may prescribe something different, or nothing at all.
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and published trial results for branded medicines do not describe compounded formulations. Prescriptions are issued only after a licensed clinician reviews your health history, and only where clinically appropriate.
Safety info: GLP-1 medicines carry a Boxed Warning for the risk of thyroid C-cell tumors and are contraindicated for anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Boxed Warning: Risk of thyroid C-cell tumors. In animal studies, semaglutide and tirzepatide caused thyroid C-cell tumors. It is not known whether they cause these tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), in people.
