How your clinician chooses a medicine

How your clinician chooses a medicine

Your clinician reviews your health history, your goals, what your insurance will cover, and how you respond over time. Prescription only. Your clinician determines the medicine and the dose after reviewing your health history — you state a preference, and the clinician may prescribe something different, or nothing at all.

Weekly injections are self-administered at home with a pen or vial. Tablets are taken once daily. Which suits you depends on your history, your preference, and what your clinician judges appropriate — not on price alone.
